3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Service Non-Delivery

If a project milestone or deliverable is not initiated within 30 days of payment and no written communication has been provided, a full or partial refund may be issued upon request.

3.2 Defective Product Delivery

For digital software or apps delivered with critical functional errors that cannot be resolved within 30 business days, clients may request a partial refund or corrective action.

3.3 Subscription-based Tools

Refunds for subscriptions are only processed if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of initial purchase, and no usage of core premium features has occurred.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Delays caused by client-side feedback, inaction, or late resource provision
  • Services already rendered or project phases marked as completed
  • Licensing fees, third-party integration costs, domain, or hosting purchases
  • Custom-coded applications after final source code delivery
  • Trial or promotional offerings

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Email support@allinnovat.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Project/Service Name]”
  • Include the invoice number, service description, and reason for the request
  • Allow up to 10 business days for review and resolution
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of dissatisfaction or contested refund requests, we will initiate a structured review that includes evaluation of communication records, deliverables, and project scope. A mediation option is available for B2B clients upon request.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
